Burlesque Intensive RPG, Series 2 with Axel Estelle Tuesdays, 7:00–10:00 PM Price: $250 Includes: 7 weeks of instruction + Student Spotlight Showcase Series 2: Nov 3 – Jan 5 No Class: 11/25, 12/23, 12/30 Dress Rehearsal: Dec 13 Student Spotlight Showcase: Jan 10 Unleash your inner adventurer and your inner tease in this one of a kind interactive class. This class blends the tactical storytelling of a tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) with the art of classic and modern burlesque. Over six weeks, you will build a character from the ground up, designing both their statistical skills and their onstage alter ego. You will learn the basics of narrative roleplay, character movement, costume peeling, and comedic timing. No previous gaming or dance experience is required. The Climax: The Final Boss Battle -The final and seventh week trades the tabletop grid for a fully realized live-action roleplay (LARP) encounter to prepare for performing the Final Battle foe the Student Showcase. Students will don their crafted costumes and step into a collaborative performance space. To defeat the ultimate villain, players must execute their physical performance routines in real time. Every glove thrown, garment peeled, and dramatic pose struck serves as a literal combat action or spell casting. Victory requires high energy, spatial coordination, and collective creative expression. The second session will be Pirate themed. Come prepared to create a character in that theme. ​*This Intensive is not part of the requirement for the Atlanta Burlesque Academy Graduation Track.
