Welcome to Atlanta Creative Arts LLC (ACA). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing our services.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Atlanta Creative Arts LLC (“ACA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including classes, events, memberships, and related offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate in our services.
Services
ACA provides creative classes, workshops, events, and related services as described at the time of booking. ACA agrees to deliver services in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with those descriptions.
Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed at the time of purchase.

Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise specified.

ACA reserves the right to modify pricing for future bookings only.

Confirmed purchases will not be affected by price changes.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to a scheduled class or event are eligible for:

rescheduling, or
-
studio credit
-

Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.
ACA Cancellations or Changes
If ACA cancels or materially reschedules a class or event, clients may choose:

a full refund,
-
rescheduling, or
-
studio credit.
Failure to Provide Services
If ACA is unable to provide the purchased service, a full or partial refund will be issued as appropriate.
Memberships & Recurring Billing

Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis.

Clients may cancel at any time with at least 5 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

No prorated refunds unless required by law.
User Conduct
Participants agree to behave in a respectful and safe manner. ACA reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Marketing & Promotional Disclaimer
ACA makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions, images, videos, and promotional materials accurately represent its services. However, actual experiences, class content, and outcomes may vary. Promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific result or experience.
No Guarantee of Results
Participation in ACA classes or events does not guarantee any specific results, including artistic outcomes, skill development, or personal experience.
Promotions, Discounts & Giveaways
From time to time, ACA may offer promotions, discounts, or giveaways. All such offers are subject to separate terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the promotion. ACA reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
Testimonials & User-Generated Content
Testimonials and user-generated content reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.
By tagging ACA, submitting content, or participating in ACA events, you grant ACA permission to repost, share, and use such content for marketing purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
Social Media Content
Content shared on ACA’s social media platforms is for informational and promotional purposes only and may not reflect the most current offerings, availability, or pricing.
Photo & Media Release
By participating in ACA classes or events, you grant ACA permission to photograph, record, and use your image or likeness for marketing and promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to participation.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in classes and events may involve inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Account Suspension or Termination
ACA may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of services. Where appropriate, notice will be provided. If ACA terminates a paid service without cause, a prorated refund will be issued.
Payment Disputes
You agree to contact ACA to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding remain the property of ACA and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally first. If unresolved, disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia.
Force Majeure
ACA shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, ACA will offer rescheduling or credit where feasible.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ACA regarding services.
