Then it's go-time: power through 8 rounds of 2.5-minute bodyweight blasts, each followed by a well-earned 30-second rest break. Expect full-body engagement, non-stop motivation, and beats that keep you fired up from start to finish. Think of it like interval training with extra seasoning—everything but the bagel (but also, kind of everything including the bagel). We’ll wrap it all up with a refreshing cool-down to leave you feeling strong, centered, and ready to conquer your day.
