Gritty Grind with Zara Estelle 6-Week Series | July 12–August 16 Sundays • 5:30-6:40 PM Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, August 20 Student Showcase: Sunday, August 30 Tuition: $180 This class focuses on the essential mechanics of the bump and grind. We’ll break down heavy hip isolations, explosive strikes, and the grounded footwork that defines a commanding stage presence. You’ll learn to coordinate sharp, percussive hits with the fluid transitions needed to maintain momentum. You will build both physical stamina and the technical control required to execute high-impact movement with total ease.
