Afrikka Hollinger is a certified 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), somatic movement master, and the visionary founder of Fresh Reign Holistic Wellness. Guiding practitioners since 2017, Afrikka blends ancient wisdom, modern movement science, and intuitive healing to create transformative spaces where students can reconnect with their highest selves. With a deep background spanning Afro Flow Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Ashtanga, Afrikka’s teaching style is grounded, dynamic, and deeply soul-nourishing. Her work as a master of somatic movement and intuitive dance allows students to release stored tension, process emotion, and step back into alignment with their natural rhythm. Rooted in a profound reverence for culture, Afrikka holds a degree in African History from Brandeis University, weaving historical awareness, rhythm, and ancestral honor into the lineage of her practice. Beyond the mat, she is an accomplished breath coach and sound healing practitioner, utilizing sacred frequency and intentional breathwork to balance the nervous system.
