Dance Intensive: Moving Through the Mental™ with Nia Lancelin Mondays, 7:00-8:25 PM Price: $250 Includes: 7 weeks of instruction + Student Spotlight Showcase Series: Nov 2 – Jan 4 No Class: 11/25, 12/23, 12/30 Dress Rehearsal: Dec 13 Student Spotlight Showcase: Jan 10 Dress Rehearsal: Thursday, August 20 Student Showcase: Saturday, August 29 Improv + Composition Lab is a 7-week dance and wellness experience that blends improvisation, movement exploration, composition, journaling, reflection, and collaboration. Dancers will explore real-life themes, emotions, and personal stories through guided creative prompts designed to build confidence, creativity, and authentic artistic expression. This class encourages dancers to take creative risks, discover their individual movement voice, and connect more deeply to themselves and others through the creative process. Using wellness-centered tools and collaborative storytelling, participants will create original movement material that will develop into a finished performance piece for the studio recital at the end of the series. Perfect for dancers who enjoy creativity, storytelling, and movement with meaning. ​*This Intensive is not part of the requirement for the Atlanta Burlesque Academy Graduation Track.
