Pop-In: Healing Circle with Ivee Thee Amazon Tuesday Sept 1 7:00-8:30 PM $25: Pay-It-Forward $20: Standard Ticket Your body holds your history. Every muscle, tendon, bone, and cell houses the story of you. Isn't it time you listened to it? This class will provide you with a space to soften into the present moment and allow you to hear your body. The practice includes breathwork, sensual self connection, a mobility flow, and an open dance segment. We will wrap up class with a short Reiki healing practice, and participants will be given the opportunity to share their stories. If you are searching for healing and desire more unrestricted movement in your body and life, then this is the class for you. Bio: Ivee The Amazon (She/They) is the warrior vixen with a purpose. On a journey to craft and share movement art that not only titillates the audience but enlightens, Ivee leads the observer on a journey of self-discovery, awakening dormant desires as her art unfolds. As an instructor, they aim to provide techniques to craft stories and dive deep into self-expression, opening up new avenues for revolutionary artistic embodiment. As a healer, they desire to create spaces for participants to release stuck energy through a mixture of breathwork, somatic movement, and free flowing dance.
