Learn dance movements that add hot tricks to your bag. This dance class brings a sense of a collective experience and support for your journey through your body; one that embodies the true essence of who you are. We know all bodies are different and hold space for that. We believe that all bodies are good bodies. This class is typically done to one song, so you can get the choreography and musicality. Open to all levels, no experience required. The Sexify™ certified instructors of Atlanta Creative Arts teach real-life sensual movements that can make you feel more confident, powerful, and expressive. Fitness components make this an ultimate workout that will leave you feeling empowered and in tune with your flow. You will want to push yourself out of your comfort zone - and you'll look hot doing it! • Geared towards individuals with no dance experience • You don't need any particular strengths, rhythm, or to be in good shape to get started • Sensual dance fitness brings an awareness of your body and improved coordination • This is an LGBTQ+ affirming fitness class that is for people of marginalized genders, including women, non-binary folks, and trans men • There is always a possibility of adult themes and language usage in this class • We welcome people from all walks of life.
