This high-energy class is designed to teach you the core fundamentals of twerking and all its dynamic derivatives. We blend sexy, fast-paced drills with high-intensity choreography for a workout that is as challenging as it is fun. Our goal is to create an environment where time flies so fast you won't want to leave. You’ll learn how to master pelvic release and discover how to move muscles and body parts you didn’t even know you could shake! Whether you're here for the fitness or the fire, this beginner-friendly space welcomes everyone.
